The hotel provided good prices. I liked the venue, everything was great with a family atmosphere. The location was peaceful, near Slipstream Sculpture. It was also close to Zadar, the centre of Zadar and the bus station.

Everything was great during our short stay. the family room was comfortable with A/C and a private bathroom. the room had coffee/tea makers, refrigerators, and kitchenware. the hotel's location in the Old Town was peaceful.

Loved the cozy atmosphere of the single room at Sobe Dejan. The balcony provided a peaceful spot to enjoy the garden view, while the CD player added a touch of nostalgia. The air conditioning kept me cool during the warm days, and the fridge and kettle were handy for making snacks and hot drinks. The shower was refreshing, and the free toiletries were a nice touch. The desk was perfect for catching up on some work. it felt like a comfortable home away from home.
Personally, I found the wardrobe in the room a bit small, but it was still functional. Others might find it sufficient for their needs.

For the price I paid, the value at Sobe Dejan was excellent. The room was spacious, had a nice terrace, and even came with a small fridge. The owner and his grandmother were incredibly friendly and made me feel welcome. The location, although a bit far from the old town, can easily be reached by bus or a scenic 30-40 minute walk. Plus, the free parking was a great bonus.
One suggestion for improvement would be to offer more breakfast options.

The owner was extremely helpful, giving me advice on where to find free parking and making my stay hassle-free. the location was great, just a short drive away from the city center with parking options nearby. the room itself was comfortable, with a brand new bathroom and a small balcony. Although the balcony seemed a bit unfinished, it didn't take away from my overall enjoyment. Plus, the room had fast WiFi, which was a bonus!
One thing to consider is that if you choose to stay outside of the city center, you'll need to travel to the main sights. While walking in the morning was fine, going back uphill in the hot part of the day wasn't as pleasant.
